Mahindra receives 10,000 plus bookings for Centuro



Mahindra Two wheelers said it has already received a pretty good response for its Centuro motorcycle and  has confirmed that they have received over 10,000 bookings. The largest Utility Vehicle maker, which acquired the Kinetic's plant in Pithampur near Indore and has tried all what they could do to make it a success.

Mahindra Centuro, a 110 cc bike with indigenously developed MCi-5 (Micro Chip ignited-5 curve) engine, was launched on July 1.

"Mahindra Centuro has garnered over 10,000 bookings in such a short period of time. At the same time, we are very aware of the enhanced customer expectations and are striving to meet and exceed them," Mahindra Two Wheelers' Executive Vice President Viren Popli said.

Centuro is the second bike launched by the home grown car maker, Mahindra after they launched Pantero early this year. While launching their bike, Centuro they had given an introductory discount for the first 10,000 customers. Those first 10,000 customers will get a special price of INR 44,000 instead of regular price of INR 45,000.
