Mahindra had already announced that they will launch their two wheeler motorcycle - Centuro on 01st July 2013 and here we are with the launch details. The 110cc motorcycle - Centuro, which will compete with the most competitive bikes in market - Dream Yuga, Passion Pro and similar is now launched backed by strong Mahindra support.
The price has been kept at IRN 45,000 ex-showroom, Delhi however as an introductory price fro first 10,000 units the price has been kept at INR 44,000 (ex-showroom price, Delhi). The Centuro is powered by a 110cc MCI-5 (Mirco Chip Ignited – 5 Curve) four stroke air cooled engine which produces 8bhp and 8 Nm of torque. A four speed gear box with all-up shift pattern transmits power. The bike promises to deliver ARAI certified fuel efficiency of 85.4 Kmpl.
Along with fantastic fuel efficiency figures, the bike also comes with car like key fob and amazing features like anti theft alarm, guide me home headlamps, Find-me-lamps, distance to empty display, LED pilot lamps and tail lamp, alloy fuel filter cap, white backlit digital instrument panel.
At the moment, only one variant has been launched but expect more variants to be launched in couple of months from now.
