Ford's EcoBoost wins Engine of the year award 2013

At the Engine Expo in Stuttgart, wherein a jury of 87 motoring journalists from around the world gathered to distribute the Engine of the year award. Below are the "Engine of the Year" awards for various categories -

• Sub 1.0L Category - Ford's EcoBoost petrol engine
• 1.0L - 1.4L Category - VW's TSI petrol engine
• 2.0L - 2.5L - Audi's 2.5L TFSI engine
• 2.5L - 3.0L - Porsche's 2.7L engine
• 3.0L - 4.0L - Mclaren MP4-12C 
• Best engine performace of year - Ferrari's 6.3L V12 Engine

Ford's EcoBoost engine will be powered in upcoming and much awaited Ford EcoSport for India.
