Nissan India announces to recall 22,188 Micra hatchback and Sunny sedan in India to replace the master brake cylinder at free of cost.
Speaking about fixing the error, Nissan India will replace the faulty part free of cost. In a statement, they stated, “Nissan plans to begin notifying individual customers in May. Nissan dealers will replace the master brake cylinder at no cost to the customer. Nissan is committed to a high level of customer safety, service and satisfaction and is working with its dealers to promptly address this issue.”
A total of 67,089 Micra and Sunny, from Asia, Africa, and Europe have been recalled in the past for this very same issue. Nissan India also added that due to these faults, no injury, death or accident has been reported.
Meanwhile, Nisssan also shared in morning two big news - their plans to sell 100,000 cars in next year, for which they will launch 4 new cars and their plans of not to share platforms with Renault anymore like they did for Pulse/Micra and Sunny/Scala.
