Hyundai India has announced a price increase for all its models from 01st April 2013.
Rakesh Srivastava, vice president, sales and marketing said, “The price increase was necessitated due to On Board Diagnostic Compliance (OBDC) changes. We have increased the prices in the range of Rs 575 to Rs 2,830 across all the models. We have tried to absorb the maximum cost to minimize the price increase to cause less inconvenience to our valued customers.”
The price increase for various models are in range as follows -
Eon - Upto INR 2,500
Santro - Upto INR 2,850
i10 - Upto INR 900
i20 - Upto INR 575 for both Diesel and Gasoline
Verna - Upto INR 1,430 for both Diesel and Gasoline
Elantra - Upto INR 1,740 for both Diesel and Gasoline
Sonata - Upto INR 2,813
Santa Fe - Upto INR 2,813
