Bajaj Auto Ltd. has announced to launch the Kawasaki Ninja 300 on 10th April 2013 in India. The second largest auto maker has already started accepting the bookings of the bike at its various dealerships. As per the sources, the bike has already reached various dealerships.
The Ninja 300 is expected to be priced around INR 4.2 Lac, on-road, Mumbai and will be powered by a 300cc, parallel-twin motor which produces 39 BHP of power and 27 Nm of torque, mated to a 6-speed gearbox with slipper clutch.
Kawasaki Ninja 300 will not be offered with the ABS option for the Indian market as its immediate competitor Duke 390 will be offered with ABS.
