Mahindra First Choice dealer Fraud, Customers cars seized

In a shocking incidence reported by Times of India, Delhi edition, the South Delhi based Mahindra First Choice authorized dealership - JK Motor Corps has came into light for a fraud case.

According to the story, customers who picked up Skodas, BMWs, Hondas, Volkswagens and few other cars  had to surrender their cars to the police.

It has come to light that the financier who has paid a money of Rs 2.5 Crore to JK Motor Corps has not been paid off back the money but still has the Registration Certificates (RC). The customers who have already paid money with the dealer are not at trouble as the cars have now been seized by the Delhi Police.

The Director of JK Motors has been arrested for cheating and criminal breach of trust, after a complaint by the financier who had lent him Rs 2.5 crore. Our sympathies goes to all those who have paid upfront for the car and have yet not got it delivered.
