Ford India entered into a controversial series of conversations after the sexist advertisement hit the internet. It was soon apologized by both Ford India and the creative company, JWT India.
Amidst international uproar over the Ads, JWT India has gone a step ahead and has sacked its chief creative officer and managing partner, Mr Bobby Pawar. Another top executive in charge of the Ford India account at JWT India, Mr Vijay Simha Vellanki, is also in the firing line.
Ford has even asked for an apology from Italy's former Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi who was shown in advertisement with trio of bound women in the trunk of a car.
