Ford has introduced a new range topper in Classic series. The new variant was launched in both Petrol and Diesel variants. Ford has also renamed it to "Ford Classic" from existing "Fiesta Classic" so as to leave no scope of confusion for the buyers. The petrol variant is priced at Rs. 6,86,400, and Classic Titanium Diesel variant is priced at Rs. 7,82,000 (ex-showroom Delhi).
The most shocking feature of the Ford Classic Titanium variant is the fuel efficiency. Ford claims a fuel efficiency of 32.38 kmpl for the diesel variant, certified by ARAI. The 1.6 litre Duratec petrol engine returns a fuel efficiency of 21.27 kmpl. The 1.4L diesel engine produces 68 PS of power and 160 Nm of torque, while the 1.6L petrol makes 101 PS of power and 146 Nm of torque.
