Ford India plans to take Indian market seriously came in light when we saw the launch of Ford Figo, the first small car for Indian masses. The car maker is now planning to make few changes in the car and reveal the facelift.
Some facelift images of the car are shown here below. Due to the extensive and detailed camouflage, it is very difficult to identify the changes. But one can easily notice that the front bumper has been tweaked and sharpened. Considering the camouflage also exists on the fog lamp surrounds, headlamps and tail lamps, expect a few subtle changes in that area as well.
We also expect Ford to introduce start-stop button and also an automatic gear box looking at the increasing traffic on the roads. Ford's next big launch for the Indian market would be EcoSport, but since it is still couple of months ago and would be launched early next year, the changes in Figo could help accumulate sales for Ford in India in the mean time.
