First ever most clear images of Ford EcoSport caught while testing

Ford EcoSport was caught again testing in Chennai, first time the car was completely uncamouflaged. The variant caught testing was a TDCi variant, which will use the similar Fiesta machine, currently installed, a 1.5L Diesel engine, apart from the 1.0L Ecoboost gasoline engine. This gasoline engine has recently received International Engine of year award.

The model caught testing was a Titanium one. The chrome garnish on the front grille is missing and, Titanium, considered as a top-tier Ford variant, has to be endowed with this important ingredient. The frontal shot reveals the missing fog lights however some of the best features such as the cobweb style alloy wheels, roof rails, body colored fittings, side mirrors indicators and rear wiper grace this prototype and can be easily spotted in the images.

EcoSport is expected to be launched in January 2012 and is also confirmed now to be a sub 4 meter SUV, and thus pricing could be appealing.
