Now you can drive your dream Lamborghini on F1 circuit at Lamborghini track day

The Volkswagen Group-owned super sports carmaker, Lamborghini, is planning to make the most of the Buddh international circuit, the Formula One race track in NCR. It is planning to woo some of its prospective car buyers to test-drive their dream car and take them home.

Lamborghini plans to organise a 'Track Day' at Buddh Circuit during the winter season (October to November) and invite 10-15 prospective customers to test-drive their dream cars for more than 45 minutes to an hour at the 5.14-km long race track. It has been able to convert 15% of its 'Track-Day' participation into sales globally and Lamborghini hopes to replicate the same success in India by organising a 'Track Day' in India once in a year.

Stephen Winklemann, president & CEO, Automobili Lamborghini, says "One of the key factors for improving sales is to bring the people on the circuit. When you see the car you have an idea, but I guarantee that when you drive the car, it is even better. So, there is this factor of freedom and enjoyment when you drive those cars. Driving Lamborghini is about emotion and it is about fun."
