Ford EcoSport was showcased first in the recently organized World's Second largest event Auto Expo at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi, but soon after the car was seen testing across the China roads. The 1.0T three cylinder SUV will likely prove to be a popular model for the Chinese market when it hits the market in mid to late 2012, for the Chinese market the Ecosport SUV will come with a 1.0T engine and also a direct injection 1.5L engine.
Ford India recently had huge applause by the audience present at Auto Expo by show casing the fantastic SUV. The pricing of the Compact SUV has yet not been revealed. If the pricing is right in India, we are sure the Compact SUV will be seen selling like cakes in almost all the major cities of the country.
