Car maker SkodaAuto Indiaon Tuesday launched a new edition of its premium sedan Laura in the country, priced at Rs 15.49 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
The company launched the new car -- Laura RS -- with a 1.8 litre petrol engine that will give a mileage of 13.4 km per litre of fuel as per the ARAI conditions.
The 1.8 TSI petrol engine linked to a six speed manual transmission generates maximum output of 118 kW / 180 bhp, which makes it the best in class engine capable of churning out more power keeping the consumption at a bare minimum. This is made possible by with the progressive fuel injection and turbocharger based technology.
Other features of New Skoda Laura RS includes 3-spoke multi-function steering wheel(audio control lacking), aerodynamic rear spoiler, chromed dual exhaust, front fog lights and LED daytime running lamps, Xenon curve projector headlights with dynamic leveling and corner function, 16” alloy wheels along with 205/55 R16 tyres.
Skoda Laura RS will be available in 4 shades namely Sprint Yellow, Race Blue, Candy White and Magic Black.
