Maruti Suzuki after workers denied to hold talks with the management decided to go further with their ongoing recruitments and have asked 350 trainees to join the company as soon as within 3 days.
Maruti has never been so fast in hiring people in their organization. But does that mean Maruti will compromise upon the quality of the vehicles. A senior official at Maruti confirmed that there will be no compromise on quality what so ever. He said the cause for which we are fighting is signing “Good Conduct Bond” which ultimately is for manufacturing world class quality of vehicles.
Workers were earlier involved in sabotage, they were intentionally assembling wrong parts into the car, which finally led the company to take severe step of introducing a Good Conduct Bond.
