2012 Honda CRV Production version Images

Until today, few images of the concept of Honda CRV were floating across the web. But, now the official images of the new Honda CRV Crossover which is to be put to production soon are out. We can see that there are lots of changes in the real model as compared to the concept car.
Though the overall contour of the car remains the same, there is slight change in the front grill which is again Honda specific and looks similar to what can easily be spotted in Accord and City sedans.  What is also news in the market that Honda might come out with a 7 seater version of the Cross over similar to what Innova did.  A nice touch to the muscular character line runs across the body of Honda CRV.
Coming on to the features, the front headlamps are similar to what was seen in the concept version just that Productionized version of CRV gets daytime running lights and smoked out effect of front headlamps. 2012 Honda CRV is expected to be revealed at the upcoming Los Angeles Auto Show 2011.
Honda CRV would be available in two petrol variants and one diesel variant. Both the petrol engines will come with a four cylinder i-VTEC engine with 2.4 and 2.5 bhp displaying 175 bhp and 201 bhp, which is just amazing.  While the diesel specs are not official, but we do expect that it might come out with 2.2 Litre  iCTDI 150 bhp common rail turbo engine.
